Dear Sir, Death And Permanent Disability Caused By Facility Of Ikeja Electric Distribution Company to Mr. Sunday Ossai’s Family – Demand For Urgent Attention On Friday, July 24 th , 2018, at Dada Olowu Street, in Abule Egba area of Lagos State, a high tension wire belonging to IKEDC fell on a shop and electrocuted Mrs. Patricia Ossai and her three children (a boy and 2 girls). It is indeed unfortunate that the boy, Chidi Ossai among the three children, was confirmed dead on arrival at the hospital as a result of the electrocution.
